Beginner surfing lessons in a group (age 14+)

Choose a group lesson if You wish to join the group of 6 students per 1 instructor. Even though You’re joining the group, the instructor works individually with each student, paying attention to every detail that You need to know and practice during Your surfing session with us.
The price includes the surfboard, wetsuit, reef booties, lycra, insurance during the lesson.
Duration of the lesson: 2 and a half hours, which includes the theory, ground practice, practice with the instructor in the water, photo/video analysis after the water practice, where Your instructor will explain all the details about your surfing and will suggest, how you can continue your surfing practice to keep on progressing.
Available languages: English, Spanish, Russian, Latvian, Italian. Please consult, which days/hours are available if You prefer a specific language.
Pack of lessons: If You would like to choose the pack of lessons, please NOTE that any pack expires after 2 weeks starting from the date of the first lesson!
NB! The schedule provided in the booking form is planned due to the tides, in any case we can’t predict the forecast 100% and it might happen that we have to change the day/hour of the lesson due to the weather conditions, that sometimes changes unexpectedly shotly before the lesson. Make sure that You sign up the right phone mumber and email so we can reach You!
Discount for Residents of Canary Islands: If You’re booking a lesson with the discount for the Residents of Canary Islands, You have to send or show us surf lesson participant permanent residency document: green NIE or Spanish ID + recent City Hall address register (empadronamiento/not less recent than 1 year ago). If You can’t present this documentation, we will ask You to pay the full fee. There is no refund available if You can’t present valid permanent residency documents.
How can I reschedule the lesson?
If You cannot attend the lesson, You can reschedule it for another day, informing us via Whatsapp or e-mail up to 24 hours before the lesson.
Activities Cancelation Policy
Cancelation up to 14 days before the lesson date get 100% refund, a 7 to 13 days before the lesson date 50% refund, 6 days till 24 hours before the lesson: You can use the same amount in our shop, but it’s not refundable anymore, later than 24 hours before the lesson: no refund is available anymore, nor You can use the amount in the shop.
If You have already started the pack of the lessons, it’s not possible to refund part of the pack. Except the case, when the surf school has to cancel the lesson due to bad weather or similar. In that case You can use the rest of the amount in the shop, or get the refund of the rest of the amount, always calculating lesson per lesson and not as a pack anymore.
Is there a place where to leave my belongings during the lesson?
In our surf school, You’ll find a comfortable area, where You have lockers to leave Your stuff safely, changing room, a shower, WC, rest area.

What should I bring for the lesson?
You should take with You: swimsuit (to put under the wetsuit), towel, waterproof sunscreen, flip-flops, a copy of your passport saved in your phone.
Please don’t bring rings, earrings, etc. Or leave take them off before the water practice. It’s not allowed to wear it during the water practice.
Where is the meeting point?
We meet in our surfing school in Playa de Las Americas.
